Join us every 2nd Friday from 1:30 to 3:00 p.m. for interesting and inspiring presentations. Admission is  $2.25 per person, light refreshments are served. 

Register up to 72 hours in advance in person or online at Active Waterloo . If you have a FitPass, you can register over the phone. If you do not have a FitPass, customer service can set one up for you by calling 519-579-1020. 

Registration is strongly recommended as space is limited.
